Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Reinvention Director for the Global Capability Center, responsible for shaping technology strategy and architecture to enable GCC design and setup. The role combines client origination, sales support, and delivery across enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.

The role requires extensive experience in GCC strategy and in scaling technology operating models, with a travel percentage up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within GCC strategy.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation in GCC/GBS environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ.
• Assess current tech landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend solutions that align with operating model.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and ensure tech decisions support broader goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
