• 12+ years of experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• 2+ years building and scaling GCC engineering organizations and delivery centers.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with product/platform delivery.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with operating model.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks for GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50%.
