Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with approximately 8 years of related work experience
• Master's degree with approximately 7 years of related work experience
• Experience in advisory services in the finance function focused on at least one of: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations and managing engagement economics

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client engagements across domestic and multinational companies with a focus on GBS strategy and operating model design
• Design end-state GBS models across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain)
• Assess client maturity and build strategic roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, service catalogs, and organizational structures
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs and dashboards
• Lead cross-functional GBS transformation programs integrating automation, analytics, and workflow technologies
