Job summary

EY Global Business Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, procurement, and technology with a focus on GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement. The role involves guiding cross-functional teams, collaborating with C-suite stakeholders, and shaping market-facing services.

You will contribute to practice development, oversee multi-process transformation programs, and partner with digital teams to embed AI and automation in GBS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Approximately 5 years of advisory experience in the finance function focusing on finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and outsourcing
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects across areas like GBS Strategy, operating model design, and cross-functional optimization
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, and service catalogs for GBS
• Mentor and coach team members while supporting recruitment and capability building
