Qualifications

Advanced degree or 4+ years in one or more: Engineering, Purchasing, Contract negotiation, Material/production planning, Operations or supply chain management, or Material cost control.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with related experience may substitute for advanced degree.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of time and to work on-site at Cape Canaveral, FL.

Responsibilities

Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets, including terms and cost savings.
Develop stakeholder relationships to deploy strategic sourcing models and drive continuous cost reductions.
Present reviews to decision makers on critical launch-related spend and risk.
Identify cost reduction projects and coordinate with stakeholders on plans and timing.
Analyze financial impacts and drive value through supplier negotiations and KPI management.
Lead supplier scorecards, quality/compliance programs, and logistics optimization to improve service levels.
