Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 10+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in one or more of the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to optimize value across product and service categories.
• Present to decision makers on launch-critical events.
• Drive compliance to category strategies and negotiate cost reductions.
• Lead cost-optimization projects and track progress across categories.
• Define SLAs and KPIs with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmark for assigned categories.
• Prepare contract documents with legal and manage supplier performance.
