Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in one or more areas.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to optimize value of products and services.
• Present to decision makers on launch-critical events.
• Lead contract negotiation and manage supplier performance.
• Define SLAs and KPIs for suppliers and monitor results.
• Identify and drive cost reduction projects and savings.
