Job summary

SpaceX in Florida seeks a GLOBAL SUPPLY MANAGER for GAS TURBINE POWER SOURCING. You will craft sourcing strategies, drive cost reductions, and establish strong supplier relationships to support launcher programs.

You will lead negotiations, manage contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and value creation. The role requires advanced degree or BA with extensive procurement experience, plus deep knowledge of gas turbine components, capital equipment, and service

Qualifications

Advanced degree or BA with substantial procurement experience.
Experience in sourcing and contract negotiation within complex manufacturing or energy domains.
Strong ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
Develop stakeholder relationships to optimize product/service value and cost reduction.
Present to decision makers on critical launch events and category strategies.
Define SLAs and KPIs for suppliers and monitor performance.
Conduct market research and benchmarking for assigned categories.
Prepare contract documents with legal and manage supplier performance.
