Job summary

Verily Health, based in Dallas, seeks a G&A Recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and act as a strategic advisor to leaders across Finance, Legal, People, Sales, Marketing, and IT. You’ll attract, hire, and onboard top talent while driving hiring process improvements and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, a track record in G&A and/or IT hiring, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for G&A (finance, legal, HR, marketing) and/or IT functions.
• Experience recruiting for niche roles in the DFW market.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent advisor to G&A and IT leaders.
• Develop and execute search strategies for niche roles using our recruiting tech stack.
• Cultivate high-impact relationships with stakeholders to support hiring efforts.
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience with clear, proactive communication.
• Use recruiting metrics to identify trends and inform data-driven hiring decisions.
