Job summary

Glow is hiring a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for Glow’s global G&A teams — including HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, etc. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires quickly while helping us scale a structured, data-driven recruiting engine.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, source and engage top candidates, run structured interviews, track metrics, and improve workflows for scalability.
