Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior operations leader to define and govern end-to-end process controls for a strategic client. You will own the program governance, schedule reviews, and drive action plans across global teams, interfacing with client stakeholders, business operations, and IT to sustain a high-quality operating environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep risk and quality governance experience, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements in control

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a senior operations role with client interaction.
• Experience navigating a large global organization and matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous assessment of the operating model for the client, focusing on control effectiveness and NAV impact.
• Identify and implement control enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis, trend monitoring, and remediation actions.
• Manage risk reviews and engagement with client and operations teams.
• Be based in an existing State Street location and attend the office as required.
• Coach and develop the broader team and ensure escalation procedures are followed.
