Job summary

State Street seeks a senior operations leader to define and govern end-to-end process controls for a strategic client. You will own governance schedules, reviews, and action plans, coordinating with global teams and client stakeholders to demonstrate value and improve operating outcomes.

You will lead risk reviews, drive control enhancements, and ensure escalation processes are followed, while developing the wider team and aligning with global functional leads.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience engaging senior leaders throughout the organization.
• Experience driving global management programs and sponsorship.
• Strong governance, risk and control capabilities across large teams.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and lead the program across global teams, ensuring reviews are comprehensive.
• Schedule risk reviews and engage client and operations teams.
• Demonstrate impact of Quality Control and ensure escalation procedures are followed.
• Manage workshops and sessions to assess end-to-end process and controls.
• Be based in State Street offices and attend as required.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet market standards and benchmarks.
