Job summary

GoMining is seeking a senior recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, and manage offers with a focus on passive candidate outreach.

You will develop talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and maintain a positive candidate experience across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in-house or closely with product/technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience hiring for multiple functions and managing several vacancies.
• Confident use of LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Ability to independently communicate with hiring managers and challenge requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and candidate management skills.
• Data-driven approach and knowledge of basic recruitment metrics.
• English at least B2+.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct recruiter interviews and evaluate motivation, experience, and fit.
• Manage candidates through interview processes and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback.
• Manage offers and support candidates through acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
