Job summary

Amazon's Global Energy, Sustainability, and Automation team seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead deployment of infrastructure technologies across fulfillment and logistics networks. You will manage multiple deployment programs from planning through field execution, coordinating with engineering, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks.
• 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent deployment programs from planning through field execution, validation, and handoff.
• Develop deployment strategies, plans, schedules, milestones, and execution mechanisms for repeatable deployment across sites.
• Translate requirements into field deployment plans with engineering teams, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, and technical compliance.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including performance, quality, schedule adherence, risks, and corrective actions.
• Handle escalations, deviations, field constraints, and rework with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analyze deployment data and KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop knowledge of technical systems and facilitate root-cause analysis during deployment challenges.
• Work across hardware, software, controls, networking, and infrastructure interfaces to support integration.
• Develop standard work, documentation, and best practices to improve deployment consistency and scalability.
• Provide program updates, risk assessments, escalation paths, and leadership recommendations.
• Use data to evaluate performance and improve processes, resources, and vendor performance.
• Build partnerships across engineering, operations, construction, procurement, and technology teams for scalable deployment.
