Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Program Manager to drive planning and execution for the ongoing capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. The PMO role focuses on keeping projects on schedule from build requirements through launch and hand-off.

You will work across the full project lifecycle with Capacity Planning, Engineering Design, Procurement and field teams, coordinating milestones, risks and hand-offs while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience solving complex problems under tight schedules.
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings on network projects.
• Coordinate milestones with Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics.
• Review proposals for milestone schedules and track progress.
• Maintain the Engineering Project Tracker and resource tracking.
• Escalate delays and support hand-offs from planning to execution.
• Provide project updates to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with PM tools and process improvements.
