Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years in logistics/distribution/transportation with direct international customer service experience, or three (3) years as a Sr. Intl. Documentation agent with recent Ida experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced knowledge and support of sales cycle and product listings.
• Identifies systemic and recurring service issues for international customers and elevates issues for resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
