The role requires at least 10 years in freight forwarding sales, strong negotiating skills, and a proven track record in a commission environment. Excellent communication and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years freight forwarding sales experience.
• Operational freight forwarding experience a big plus.
• Proven success selling in a commission environment.
• Strong negotiating skills with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to pivot and adapt to rapid, frequent changes to meet client needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and develop new business across all core competencies.
• Engage with clients that provide sustained, profitable revenue across multiple services.
• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales quotas and budgets.
• Coordinate with local, regional, and international operations staff to meet customer needs.
• Provide multiple logistics solutions for entry points into accounts.
• Update and manage all sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
