Qualifications

• 2–7 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work variable schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Calculate shipping costs and arrange routes across multiple modes.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Inform clients of options, timelines, and regulatory impacts.
• Consolidate loads to reduce costs and monitor shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth transit.
