AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an Operations Manager to lead the station's domestic and international freight movements, recruit and develop staff, and execute strategies for growth and customer satisfaction. You will align tools, processes, and metrics across carriers and internal teams to ensure efficient flow of products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in logistics or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years international freight forwarding experience required.
• 3+ years P&L experience and 3+ years of operations supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years international freight forwarding industry experience required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills required.
• High advanced computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the station’s operations strategy of AIT.
• Ensure processes and metrics are in place to insure growth, service and profitability goals are accomplished.
• Manage and communicate with AIT’s carriers insuring best value and service vs objectives.
• Exhibits strong negotiating skills and execution in Freight Forwarding Carrier Agreements.
• Ensure providers meet SLA scope and terms of service.
• Track performance and develop strategic processes to improve efficiencies and reduce lead times.
• Build rapport with clients and develop new opportunities and tracking tools.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees in a global environment.
• Support key account operations requirements and ensure service execution.
