You will coordinate shipments, track performance, and ensure compliance with US and foreign regulations, partnering with carriers and internal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAP/TMS, ERP systems, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining accurate documentation and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• Knowledge of air, ocean, import/export and domestic transportation.
• Knowledge of DOT, customs, TSA and foreign regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Ability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments via all modes under tk Logistics.
• Track and trace shipments; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor transportation performance and carrier compliance with standards.
• Maintain SAP Transportation Management System data and processes.
• Prepare and audit freight charges and invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for import/export activities.
