Job summary

ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America is seeking a Warehouse Operator I in Hamilton, OH. You will safely operate MHE, prepare items for shipment, and manage SAP/shipping paperwork.

Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential as you handle inbound/outbound activities and maintain accurate records. The role requires basic math, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work overtime including weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED with ability to read and speak English.
• Prior forklift experience and license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety policies.
• Operate MHE including dock stocker, reach truck, and scissor lift.
• Prepare items for shipment and process related paperwork.
• Process SAP transactions for shipments, receipts, and transfers.
• Use RF scanners for inventory transactions and data entry.
• Load/unload trucks and inspect equipment and BOL accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 6S principles.
• Complete monthly safety training and participate in team initiatives.
