Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH seeks a Warehouse Supervisor – Shipping & Receiving to lead the inbound and outbound flow, ensure inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, and adherence to safety and 6S standards while driving continuous dock improvements.

The role requires guiding team leaders and associates, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and maintaining system integrity in SAP/WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in SCM preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in warehouse and/or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with SAP and WMS; strong inventory controls and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping/Receiving Team Leaders and associates to meet safety, quality, and service goals.
• Own end-to-end dock operations including inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Establish and monitor metrics (dock-to-stock time, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy).
• Plan staffing to meet fluctuating volumes and changing business priorities.
• Ensure accurate SAP/WMS transactions and real-time inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Materials, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve constraints.
