• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, fostering a winning culture.
• Drive new business growth through cold calling, networking and strategic prospecting.
• Strengthen client partnerships with tailored logistics solutions.
• Identify freight forwarding opportunities and deliver customized logistics solutions.
• Consult clients on optimizing their supply chain across ocean/air/warehousing/distribution.
• CRM tracking, coaching, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate across sales, operations and international offices.
• Stay competitive by monitoring global freight forwarding trends.
