Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales field with at least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in Freight.
• Minimum of 4 years in a sales/customer-facing role within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage Book Of Business ensuring growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
• Liaise with Branch Operations to customize SOPs around client needs.
• Assist clients with their day-to-day requests related to export/import quotations.
