Job summary

DP World is seeking a Freight Forwarding Field Sales Executive based in Miami. The role involves developing a personal Book Of Business within the Branch’s geographical reach, implementing company strategies, and ensuring P&L contributions. Candidates should have extensive sales experience and operational knowledge in freight forwarding.

The position offers a salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales field.
• At least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage Book Of Business (BOB) ensuring growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
• Liaise with Branch Operations for client-customized SOPs.
• Assist clients with export/import quotations.
• Work with CRM to manage personal pipeline.
