Job summary

Quantexa is seeking a Global Head of Fraud Solutions to define, scale, and evolve its counter-fraud offerings across industries. You will own the global strategy, shape the product roadmap, and lead a distributed team across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in counter-fraud risk management or investigations within financial services, government, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading product strategy and software development for enterprise fraud platforms.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders at major banks, insurers, and agencies.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed software environment with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) to support strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Quantexa's Fraud Solutions.
• Translate market requirements into roadmap features in partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
• Lead a global team of Solution Owners across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Delivery to enable GTM and customer success.
• Support high-profile PoCs/PoVs to demonstrate business outcomes.
