Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Franchise Business Partner to connect Crunch with franchisees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You will drive growth in memberships, PT revenue, and operations while aligning with Crunch's brand standards.

The role requires leading cross-border collaboration, strong partnerships, and the ability to manage performance across multiple markets. Travel will be 50% or more, and the position is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in franchise operations or multi-unit management.
• Experience with master franchisees or international markets preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve performance.
• Willingness to travel 50%+; passport required.
• Spanish and/or French language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to implement operational best practices and meet key metrics.
• Support new gym openings and presales across markets.
• Drive membership growth, PT revenue, and Group Fitness programs.
• Monitor sales trends and create action plans for underperforming gyms.
• Train and develop franchise team members to improve efficiency.
• Ensure member satisfaction metrics and address gaps.
• Lead annual business reviews and quarterly check-ins.
• Lead rollout of corporate programs across master franchise markets.
