Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive profitable growth through strategic corporate partnerships and national account management. You will develop and manage partnerships, deliver exceptional service, and promote brand visibility with targeted outreach and materials.

You will also train staff, both on-site and via Zoom, to ensure program success. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will oversee daily operations of the Corporate Sales

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic sales plans to grow corporate partnerships and meet targets.
• Generate, qualify, and close new business with corporate accounts.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle—from prospecting to renewal.
• Train and support club teams on corporate sales practices.
• Deliver live and virtual workshops to boost program goals.
• Monitor field execution and enforce policy standards across locations.
• Lead partner communications, resolve escalations, and onboard clients.
• Manage CRM data entry, agreement tracking, and membership enrollment.
