Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a fast-growing multi-unit, multi-state organization. You will align people strategies with business goals, coach leaders, and drive performance and engagement across regions.

You will partner with field and corporate leaders, guide talent management, compliance, and employee relations, and help shape a strong workplace culture through strategic collaboration and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, in multi-unit, multi-state organizations (retail, hospitality or fitness preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional VPs to align HR initiatives with regional business objectives.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues within the region.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support staffing across the region.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and pipeline strategies with field leadership.
• Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
