dsm-firmenich in New York, NY, is seeking an experienced Event Manager for Fine Fragrance, Perfumery & Beauty. You will lead end-to-end event execution, connect creative and commercial teams, and ensure every detail reflects our brand and client needs.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering industry events, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating vendors and speakers, and aligning stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience leading complex client, corporate or industry events in fragrance, beauty or luxury sectors.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors and risks from concept to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous, organized and proactive in removing blockers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of fine fragrance industry events and client experiences.
• Manage event roadmaps, budgets, schedules and risks across workstreams.
• Coordinate creative production, internal marketing teams, vendors and building management.
• Maintain client, guest and speaker lists, invitations and follow-up communications.
• Align leadership and stakeholders to drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Collaborate across creative, perfumery, marketing, commercial and event production teams.
