Qualifications

• 3+ years’ fragrance evaluation experience in Cross Category (Fine Fragrance & Beauty) with a focus on Hair Care.
• Expertise in fragrance creation tailored to specific categories and clients’ needs, with project management skills.
• Creativity and leadership on multiple projects.
• Consumer understanding to develop olfactive guidelines for perfumers.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a global network.
• Winning team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional projects for Fine Fragrance and Beauty and Care.
• Manage multiple projects and develop fragrances according to brief’s guidelines.
• Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing and consumer insights to create co-developed fragrances and strengthen client relationships.
• Connect with our global network to leverage best new creations.
• Build and execute consumer insight-driven olfactive strategies in collaboration with your team to enhance knowledge and impact.
• Work with the Marketing Team to identify and analyze olfactive market.
