Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in beauty/fragrance or personal care.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram).

Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing initiatives including copywriting, fragrance description development, image sourcing and content creation.
• Research and analyze fragrance launches, category trends, consumer behaviours to support business development initiatives.
• Develop cross-category marketing presentations, trend reports and client storytelling materials.
• Create fragrance narratives and ingredient stories for internal teams and external clients.
• Support proactive initiatives, trend presentations, fragrance showcases and sensory experiences for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a passion for beauty, fragrance and socio-cultural trends to identify market opportunities.
