Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join the Global FP&A Function Finance team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the Shared Services function and act as a trusted adviser to functional partners.

You will collaborate across regions, design dynamic financial models, and drive standardization of planning processes while supporting ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders providing analysis and financial guidance driving strategic decision making
• Lead the AOP and monthly forecast process for all function spend, using planning tools (HFM Planning, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Workday, etc)
• Provide in-depth monthly reporting & analysis on a timely basis; including risks and opportunities
• Monitor functional spend and assist leaders with insights, cost tracking, issue resolutions and variance analysis for budgets and forecasts
• Work closely with various regional accounting teams to support the month end close process
• Partner with local and Global Finance teams on monthly financial submissions, system data validation, and issue resolution
• Design and build dynamic financial models to facilitate the understanding between drivers and results
• Identify opportunities for and implement process improvements for recurring processes as well as strategic initiatives
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses resolving issues that are complex and unclearly defined
