Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in FP&A, transformation or related consulting.
• Prior consulting experience is required.
• Proven experience leading client engagements and managing teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, modeling.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and translating data into insights.
• Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting in complex orgs.
• Experience partnering with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, Workday or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; advanced degree preferred.

• Lead FP&A transformation engagements focused on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning.
• Assess and redesign budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Develop financial and operating models, KPI dashboards, and executive reports.
• Advise CFOs on forecasting accuracy, cash flow visibility, and performance.
• Lead project teams and client relationships across engagements.
• Present insights to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and performance management.
• Support planning tool implementations (EPM, planning tools).
