Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to leadership, aligning strategy and financial performance
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across domains
• Develop clear financial narratives and KPIs for executives
• Support annual budgets and long-term financial plans
• Drive pricing, project economics, and resource deployment improvements
• Build scalable FP&A processes and tools across functions
