CFS in Lombard, IL, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders, drive FP&A activities, and deliver actionable insights through data and reporting to support strategic decisions that impact performance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build and maintain financial models; analyze results and present dashboards to the executive team; and collaborate across finance, operations, sales, and leadership on key initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, profitability, and key business initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
• Support month-end close activities through financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist with business cases, capital investments, pricing analyses, and other strategic projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data analytics capabilities.
