Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Global FP&A team. This role focuses on managing budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for Shared Services and the Technology function across regions.

You will work with function leaders on project costing and business cases, acting as a trusted finance adviser. The position requires strong collaboration across global teams, development of standard processes, and robust financial transparency to

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A activities for functional cost centers.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to develop business cases and cost insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecast for function spend.
• Provide in-depth monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with regional accounting teams on month-end close and data validation.
• Build dynamic financial models to explain drivers and results.
• Identify process improvements for recurring and strategic activities.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to resolve complex issues.
