CAI Software is seeking a FP&A Manager to join our finance team as a senior contributor responsible for planning, forecasting, and analysis across one or more business units. You’ll partner with GMs and leaders to translate drivers into P&L and cash impact, and deliver numbers for the CFO, Board, and sponsor.

This hands-on role involves building models, owning the story, and helping modernize FP&A—moving from Excel to PBCS while applying AI to speed up analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS/software.
• 2+ years in a manager or senior analyst role with ownership.
• Strong command of ARR, bookings, renewals, billings, and deferred revenue.
• Advanced Excel modeling; driver-based model from scratch.
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP) for actuals, reporting and data pulls.
• Experience with Salesforce for pipeline, bookings, and renewals data.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with Sales, Accounting, HR, and leadership.
• Clear, concise communicator who can brief CFO/Board with detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own BU-level planning and forecasting: annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, monthly outlook.
• Partner with senior leaders; translate drivers into P&L and cash impact.
• Support monthly close and reporting; review actuals and resolve variances.
• Maintain operating models for bookings, ARR, headcount, compensation, revenue and cash flow.
• Prepare Board and sponsor materials with concise, numbers-first analysis.
• Support M&A and strategic initiatives with data translation and pro forma reporting.
• Contribute to planning-system transformation from Excel to PBCS.
• Apply AI to speed up analysis, commentary, reconciliation, and reporting.
