Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Finance Lead for Global FP&A with oversight of the total-company P&L. You will consolidate regional results, test drivers, and translate complex data into a concise narrative for senior leadership.
The role offers exposure to CFO-level leadership and visibility across the company. The position is hybrid with three days onsite weekly in Chicago, reporting into Global FP&A leadership.
This is one of the highest-exposure seats in Kraft Heinz FP&A. You own the total-company P&L story: how Kraft Heinz measures, explains, and steers performance across every region and function. When leadership asks “how are we tracking, and why,” the answer runs through you. You'll consolidate the global view, pressure-test the drivers, and turn complex financial results into a clear, decision-ready narrative for company leadership. Much of what the CFO and the Finance Leadership Team see, and what ultimately reaches the Board and the earnings either originates from or passes through this role. It demands range: the judgment to see the whole company, and the precision to get every number right. You'll report into Global FP&A leadership with direct, recurring exposure to the CFO and the broader Finance Leadership Team. This is a leadership-and-influence role - you'll set the pace across regions and functions, earning alignment through clarity, credibility, and command of the numbers. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite weekly at our office in Chicago.
Financial scope: total global P&L of ~$25B NSV / ~$5B OI / ~$3B Net Income — with a direct hand in the consolidation of the company forecast, including risks and opportunities.
Impact: global, cross-functional influence spanning Investor Relations, Controllership, Tax, GBE Ops and ZBB, Communications and the Performance Team, and regional FP&A counterparts across three regions.
Leadership: directly lead a team of two (manager and senior analyst) and indirectly steer the regional FP&A teams through the monthly business cycle: aligning and coordinating planning and reporting across the company.
Time split: ~30% strategy and ~70% execution.
Total-company perspective. You can hold the whole P&L: seeing how regions, functions, and one-offs roll up while catching details that change the answer.
FP&A and reporting depth. Strong command of financial close, consolidation, forecasting, and performance measurement in a global, complex business.
Senior-stakeholder presence. You can take a complicated performance story and make it land with various audiences, from the Board / leadership team and senior stakeholders to general company-wide audience.
You need to be clear, concise, and decision-oriented. Precision under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of getting the numbers right when the timelines are tight and the audience is senior.
Influencing across. You align regions and functions through credibility, clarity, and command of the facts.
Experience & credentials. 7+ years in finance, including team leadership; Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Systems & data fluency. Hands-on experience with SAP/HFM for consolidation, Power BI for visibility, and AI analytics tools.
A builder's leadership style. You attract and retain talent because you give your team real ownership, real coaching, and a reason to stay.
Higher Learning. You possess a Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent academic credentials.
Skills and Abilities: How Success is Measured Forecast quality: accuracy and reliability of the consolidated global view vs actuals, AOP, and prior forecasts. Smarter routines: forecasting and reporting increasingly built on automated data, with AI reducing manual effort and leveraging optimized GCC support structure with clear ownership that improves consistency, turnaround, and FP&A capacity.
