Job summary

TP-Link Systems USA is seeking a highly analytical Director of Financial Reporting & FP&A to oversee global financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing international organization. You will ensure accurate consolidated statements, maintain GAAP/IFRS compliance, and partner with executives on planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA; 8+ years in corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance leadership.
• Experience leading global consolidations and preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, including disclosures and policy implementation.
• Experience with month/quarter/year-end close across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Manage subsidiary financial reporting and intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure reporting complies with US GAAP/IFRS.
• Develop and maintain group accounting policies across entities.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and disclosures for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Lead the Global Audited Financial Report and support external audits.
