Mission Critical Group is seeking a Director, FP&A to partner with local leadership, embedding in operations to provide real-time financial insights that drive profitability and growth. You will build rolling forecasts, lead KPI tracking, and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio, including potential M&A due diligence and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a business partner with financial insight.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI platform (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of GAAP, management accounting, and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Build rolling forecasts and dynamic financial models for real-time decision-making.
• Analyze project-level profitability and POC for construction and paving operations.
• Partner with operational leaders to build pricing models and evaluate bids.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
