Job summary

RLDatix in Chicago, IL seeks a VP, Corporate FP&A to lead global planning, forecasting and executive decision-support. You will partner with the CFO and CEO, shape capital allocation, drive performance metrics and translate investor priorities into measurable outcomes.

This is a broad, global finance leadership role with responsibility for a 25-person FP&A organization and collaboration across North America, Europe, APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive finance experience in a large global org.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise strategy, capital allocation and integrated financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling five-year financial model aligning market, product, and operations.
• Lead annual planning, forecasts and performance outlook.
• Advise CEOs, CFOs and leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate enterprise investment decisions and capital allocation.
• Lead finance transformation and integration efforts across global FP&A teams.
