Logitech seeks a strategic Finance Manager to own full P&L support, forecast global initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams across Accounting, IT, and Operations. You will translate complex data into actionable business strategies and drive the financial integrity of new services initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, strong P&L expertise, and experience with Oracle, Essbase, Tableau, and OneStream. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• P&L mastery with OPEX planning and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Sales; translate finance to non-finance leaders.
• Strong analytical modeling; data-driven insights.
• Experience with POS data integration.
• Excellent communication of complex financial concepts to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive financial management of the Services business including OPEX planning and channel program evaluation.
• Lead reconciliation of actuals vs bookings for the Services P&L, ensuring accuracy.
• Partner with Accounting, IT and Operations to implement new services initiatives.
• Develop reporting framework for new initiatives with IT and Sales Ops for deep insights.
• Own global forecasting by consolidating regional sales and margin data for the Services P&L.
