Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Global Finance organization. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, manage full P&L support for Services, and drive forecasting and new initiative analyses.

The role requires translating complex data into actionable strategies and partnering across Accounting, IT, and Operations. You will lead cross-functional projects, refine definitions of strategic initiatives, and develop insightful reporting packages for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L support for the Services business, including OPEX planning and channel program evaluation.
• Lead accounting reconciliation of actuals vs bookings; ensure accuracy of the Services P&L.
• Partner with IT, Operations and Sales to implement new services initiatives and maintain financial integrity.
• Develop reporting framework for new strategic initiatives with data-driven insights for management.
• Consolidate and analyze regional sales and margin forecasts to provide a global view.
