Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function across the global organization.

You will develop insightful analytics, manage quarterly guidance and monthly estimates, and partner with affiliates, regions, and brands to drive informed strategic decisions. You will build robust financial models for operating expenses, enable automation, and support executive presentations and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in corporate finance and accounting.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Advanced modeling and financial analysis capabilities; Excel expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FP&A planning and reporting for quarterly guidance and monthly estimates.
• Develop robust financial models for forecasting operating expenses.
• Provide executive-level insights through analyses and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Brand, Regional, and Corporate Finance teams to reflect accurate projections.
