Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead, Finance Platform Engineering to lead the Finance Platform Engineering organization, govern the portfolio, and drive modernization across SAP ECC and related finance platforms for a global business.

Reporting to the Executive Director, ERP & Value Chain Platform Engineering, you will partner with Finance Product, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security to ensure delivery excellence, platform health, and long-term lifecycle management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years leading enterprise Finance platforms and ERP technology teams.
Experience governing SAP ERP Finance environments (R2R, P2P, GL, AR, AP).
Strong partnerships with Finance Product, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security.
Experience with SAP ECC, SAP BTP, OneStream and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership for the Finance Platform Engineering organization.
Lead engineering realization across EBS, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure delivery across GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Treasury, and Close.
Develop roadmaps, modernization plans, and lifecycle management.
Ensure production readiness and adherence to enterprise standards.
