Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead analytics and reporting for quarterly guidance and monthly global P&L estimates. You will drive consumer-centric planning, partnering with corporate, regional, and brand finance teams to reflect projected financials and strategic decisions.

You will build robust models for operating expenses, perform scenario analyses, and present insights to executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including corporate finance and accounting.
• Advanced P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Experience building complex analytical models.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills with ability to analyze business impacts.
• Strong PC skills including SAP, OneStream, PowerPoint and especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global finance organization by creating analytics and reporting for quarterly guidance and monthly global P&L estimates.
• Lead FP&A planning with a focus on consumer-centric financial planning and expense reporting.
• Strengthen FP&A partnership across corporate function, global support, regions, and brands.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting operating expenses.
• Integrate consumer-focused financial drivers into planning models.
• Apply scenario planning on operating expenses to drive strategic decisions.
• Track forecast changes, analyze trends, and report key drivers monthly.
• Prepare monthly reporting and presentation decks for Senior Management.
