Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to lead enterprise portfolio operations and governance across Technology, Data & Analytics.

You will drive demand management, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution governance to maximize value. You will partner with senior leaders and Finance to align strategic priorities with capacity and investment planning, ensuring disciplined portfolio decision-making and measurable outcomes across the TD&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in portfolio management, PMO leadership, or technology operations.
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and portfolio governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise demand management and portfolio operations processes across Technology, Data & Analytics.
• Establish and optimize intake frameworks, governance processes, and cadence for value delivery.
• Partner with TD&A leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and align demand and portfolio to strategic priorities.
