Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or engineering; MBA preferred.
• At least 7 years related experience.
• Strong business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and with ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of direct procurement processes, transportation logistics and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Finance lead for Direct Procurement – develop and oversee the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Partner with Direct team to drive year over year cost savings and communicate LRp targets.
• Manage the procurement budget and review capital projects for ROI and policy compliance.
• Provide in-depth analysis on procurement costs, supplier performance and market trends.
• Oversee direct materials spend and monitor cost savings opportunities globally.
