Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a Global FP&A Director to lead forecasting, planning, and performance management for software and solutions. You will partner with product, commercial, and engineering leaders to drive profitable growth and strategic initiatives.

The role supports global entities, requires extensive FP&A experience, and offers hybrid working arrangements with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership in a global org.
• Experience with FP&A, forecasting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Deliver analyses on revenue, gross margin, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and IT to drive profitable growth.
• Guide pricing analyses with Product/Commercial leadership and monitor pricing structures.
• Improve FP&A processes, data integrity, and system automation.
• Collaborate with Controllership for governance, close, and external reporting.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team across multiple entities.
